Highlight Planning is a client-focussed planning consultancy committed to delivering high quality places. The practice is led by Joe Ayoubkhani who has an extensive track record of planning projects with a focus on effective delivery for his clients. Joe prides himself on fostering productive, long lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the planning process.
Our Services
We provide a full range of planning services from the early appraisal of sites, engaging with local authorities and undertaking community consultation through to the submission and negotiation of planning applications and appeals. It is our mission to effectively co-ordinate the planning process, add value for our clients and deliver successful places.
Where we can, we offer pro-bono services to local charities and community groups.
Appraisals
We can help you assess the development potential of a site and provide a planning strategy to maximise the prospect of obtaining planning permission.
Pre-application Engagement
We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and can manage pre-application consultations with the Local Planning Authority, key stakeholders and the public.
Planning Applications
We co-ordinate project teams for the submission of all forms of planning application, provide relevant planning inputs such as forms and supporting statements and negotiate and oversee applications through to their determination.
Post-determination
We assist with the discharge of conditions and variations to existing permissions to facilitate the effective delivery of development proposals.
